Biography

    Ibragimov Lekim was born in 1945 at Alma-atinskiy region of Kazakhstan.
    From 1964 until 1971 he studied at artistic school named after N. V. Gogol in Alma-ata.
    From 1971 until 1977 he studied at TGTHI named after A. Ostrovskiy at graphic detachment.
    Since 1978 is a member of a Union of artists of Uzbekistan.Since 1978-1986 he worked at creative workshop "Sinezh" in Moscow. Ibragimov Lekim an artist achieved confession, artistic critics and publics long ago, by his own strangely fine and poetic works. All his creative activity penetrate the deep relationship with ancient oriental culture of Central Asia. Lekim works, wafted by an ancient miniature, as it were weaved transparent, delicate daubs, carry itself mystery and laconic wisdom of Orient.
    From 1976 Ibragimov Lekim - is active participant, republican, all-union and international exibitions.
